 6 Egg
 170 Powdered sugar
 2 Lemon zest
 10 Lemon juice
 15 Liquid cream

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale. Incorporate the lemon zest and juice, then the cream to achieve a nice fluffy consistency.

Divide among 6 heatproof cups. Place them on the baking sheet and pour boiling water until halfway up the cups.

Finally, bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C.

    Be careful with the mousse Take note, after mixing, allow the mousse to settle before pouring it into the cups. Otherwise, when pouring into the first cups, you will only get liquid, which won't be presentable. Then, the mousse will collapse in the cups and sag in the oven, leaving an unsightly trail on the edges of the mold, which is not very aesthetic. My suggestion: This can also be done with concentrated fruit juice, orange or other.

    Super delicious and super simple A real treat ready in just a few minutes, with few ingredients. A recipe that works every time! My suggestion: Cook a little longer than indicated in the recipe and at a higher temperature. I used a large cake pan for the water bath, instead of a baking tray.
