 50 Dark chocolate
 90 Butter
 250 Flour
 1 Egg
 1 pinch Salt
 130 Powdered sugar

Preparation of the dough Preheat the oven to 150°C. In a bowl, mix the sugar, salt, and egg. Melt the butter and chocolate separately in the microwave.

Add the flour, baking powder, and melted butter to the prepared mixture.

Shaping Divide the prepared dough into two parts, set one part aside, and mix chocolate into the other. Roll out both doughs using a rolling pin. Then cut into various shapes using cookie cutters or an upside-down glass.

Cooking Place the molds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 3 to 7 minutes maximum, checking often to ensure they do not become too dry.

Serve After 2 or 3 minutes of resting, serve with hot chocolate or coffee.
