Amount of liquid cream? I would like to try this recipe, but could someone give me more details about the cream, please?

Light Delicious. We ate it warm, but the next day, cold, it was even better. My suggestion: Add a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. And caramelize the top at the end of cooking.

Little Apple Tart A nice, tasty, and easy recipe for everyone. I made it this Sunday by adding raisins marinated in rum to the apples and finishing with two good pinches of cinnamon. It is true that this indulgence is a real pleasure. My suggestion: I think the cooking time should be reduced for a creamier texture. Decrease the amount of sugar, and we can even use fruits that have a significant sweetness of their own.

Simple but impressive A simple idea that creates a dessert that stands out. My suggestion: Replace the sugar with 1 tablespoon of fructose and use cream (even light semi-thick cream).

Simple and good So simple for beginners. Great, you can vary the fruits: excellent mango, reduce the cooking time, pears, etc.
