Recipe for Savoyard Tartiflette

Ingredients
 800 Potato
 200 Smoked bacon
 1 Reblochon cheese
 1 Onion
 5 Dry white wine
 Sour cream
 Butter

Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes with the skin on. Peel them and cut into slices or cubes. Slice the onion and sauté it in butter. Add the diced bacon and pour in the white wine. Let it cook for 5 minutes and season. Spread half of the potatoes in a greased dish or individual ramekins. Cover with the onion and bacon mixture, then add the remaining potatoes. Top with fresh cream and then arrange the cheese cut in half lengthwise or in thick slices. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 °C until the cheese is completely melted and slightly golden.
