Today I offer you an alternative to traditional raclette. If you love raclette but don't have the appliance or don't feel like taking it out, you can prepare this tart. Served with a green salad, it makes a complete meal.

 600 Potatoes
 200 Smoked bacon bits
 ½ Salt
 ½ Pepper
 300 Raclette cheese
Batter
 200 Thick cream
 4 Egg
 ½ Pepper
 1 Mustard

Cook the potatoes in their skins. Drain, let cool slightly, and peel. Cut into slices.

Brown the bacon in a dry pan for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (or 200°C for conventional heat).

Roll out the dough and line the baking dish, keeping its parchment paper.

Place the potato slices in there, season with salt and pepper.

Add the bacon on top.

Prepare the mixture. Mix the cream, eggs, pepper, and mustard. Pour over the tart.

Cover the surface with slices of cheese.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
