Add the filling Then, according to your desires and tastes, incorporate diced ham, bacon, diced zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, carrots, as well as grated cheese, parmesan, or crumbled goat cheese.

Cooking Place the mixture in a baking dish and put it in the oven for at least 35 minutes at 220°C (428°F). The top should be nicely browned.

    Very simple and excellent, it serves as a base for multiple recipes. I added button mushrooms, onions, garlic, and cheddar. Follow the proportions, we enjoyed it greatly.

    I made it with a zucchini that I first sautéed in olive oil. I also replaced half of the milk with liquid cream and enhanced the mixture with a clove of garlic and basil. Served with a salad: simply perfect!!!

    Very good Easy to prepare, I seasoned it with what I had left in the fridge, with cheese, bacon, and onions; it tasted like a tartiflette but lighter!

    very good great. very good base... you can put whatever you want in it. Made with broccoli, mushrooms, and grated cheese: excellent! texture super... My suggestion: I added a bit of cornstarch to lighten it up!
