In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and olive oil.
Mix the oats, seeds, and almond flour in a mixing bowl. Then pour in the chocolate and mix everything together.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form the mixture into clusters.
To finish, place your chocolate clusters in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes before enjoying them.
