To try: this recipe for salmon puff pastry.
Preheat your oven to 180 °C and cut out your hearts using the paper template. Don't waste the extra dough. Use it to make mini heart shapes or small sweet or savory rolls!
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place your hearts, brush with egg yolk, and bake for 15 minutes while keeping an eye on them.
To finish, they will be slightly puffed up when they come out; you can press them gently. Mix your cream cheese with a little chives and lemon juice. Spread a teaspoon on each heart, place nice pieces of smoked salmon on top, finely slice radishes for decoration, and add a bit more chives!
