Delicious and original waffles just in time for snack time.
Preparation of sweet waffles: Preheat your oven to 220°C (th. 7-8) and place the 8-waffle mold on the perforated tray.
Melt the butter. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, starch, sugar, and baking powder. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the previous mixture. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Fold them into the previous mixture. Pour in the melted butter in a thin stream and add the liquid vanilla.
Place the empty waffle mold in the oven for 5 minutes, then fill the molds with batter using a ladle and bake for 15 minutes at 220°C (about 425°F).
To finish Preparation of the topping: Cut the bananas in half and sauté them in a pan with a small amount of butter. Place two halves of banana on each waffle. Melt the praline in the microwave. Drizzle with melted praline and sprinkle with crushed praline.
