 400 Risotto rice
 100 Grated Parmesan cheese
 50 Semi-salted butter
 1 Vegetable broth
 30 Dry Italian white wine
 2 Shallot
 Salt
 Pepper

Peel the shallots and place them in the bowl, then blend for 5 seconds on Turbo mode, and scrape down the sides with a spatula.

Remove the measuring cup, add the butter, and set to "Sauté" mode for 4 minutes at 100°C.

Add the rice and start the "Sauté" program for 2 minutes at 100°C. Pour in the white wine.

Crumble the stock cube into 1 liter of boiling water. Pour into the bowl, start the reverse program for 20 minutes at 80°C, at speed 1.
