A delicious ricotta cheesecake recipe. Your guests will love it!
Prepare the tart by mixing flour, butter, 100g of sugar, and one egg. Let it cool for half an hour in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, place in a bowl the ricotta, vanilla, egg, and whipped cream. This mixture will go on the tart base.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Boil in a small pan with a glass of water and 50g of sugar, add the berries and cook for 20 minutes.
Mix and cook again for 10 minutes.
To finish, let the cake cool and pour the berry cream on top. Serve after 4 hours in the refrigerator.
