 150 Arborio rice
 1 Milk
 15 Sugar
 25 Strawberry candies
 1 Red fruit coulis

Place the rice in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil and let cook for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse the rice.

Return to the saucepan with the milk and sugar, bring to a simmer, then let cook on very low heat for about 40 minutes.

To finish, pour half of the rice pudding into a second saucepan. Add the strawberry candies and the red fruit coulis to one half of the rice, and the caramel candies, chopped into pieces, to the other half of the rice. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then pour into small jars and let cool completely.
