Rinse the red lentils before cooking them in three times their volume of water (without salt) for 10 minutes.
Drain them and let them cool.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the avocados and feta into cubes. And slice the parmesan into thin slices.
To finish, mix all the ingredients in a bowl: cooked red lentils, cherry tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese, and parmesan. Drizzle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve cold.
