A fresh no-bake tart to enjoy without moderation!
Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute at 900w.
Put the cookies in a freezer bag. Seal the bag. Then crush them with a rolling pin to make cookie crumbs.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter and the cookie crumbs. Then spread this mixture in the bottom of a tart dish, pressing down well. Let it rest in the fridge while preparing the cream.
In a mixing bowl, using an electric whisk, whip the mascarpone, the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, the vanilla sugar, and the lemon zest.
Pour the mascarpone mixture over the cookie crust, smoothing it with a spatula.
Wash your red fruits and then arrange them on the mascarpone cream.
