 450 Rabbit sauté
 250 Spinach sprouts
 20 Butter
 1 clove Garlic
 2 Onion
 25 Chicken broth
 50 Coconut milk
 1 stick Lemongrass

Start with the filling. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it stops bubbling and turns light brown, add the chopped garlic clove.

Sauté the spinach in the pot. Drain and season to your liking.

For the rabbit stir-fry, sauté the pieces of rabbit in a pot for 2 minutes on each side in olive oil. Add the sliced onions. Deglaze with chicken broth; reduce by half, add coconut milk and let simmer for about 10 minutes with the lemongrass stick.

For the finishing touch, add the spinach and serve the dish directly on the table.
