 1 clove Vanilla
 500 Almond drink
 3 Maple syrup
 Red fruits

Split the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds.

Place in a saucepan with the almond drink and the quinoa. Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is very tender.

To finish, add the maple syrup and divide into 4 small dessert pots. The mixture will thicken as it cools. Enjoy with red berries.
