Pumpkin soup is a traditional Haitian soup made with pumpkin, beef, and pasta.

Ingredients
 13 Squash
 500 Beef shank
 2 Potato
 2 Carrot
 1 Leek white part
 2 Onion
 10 Cabbage
 3 Celery
 3 cloves Garlic
 1 Pepper
 Olive oil
 Dill
 Thyme
 Parsley
 2 Lime
 Salt
 Pepper

Rub the beef with lime juice. Then cut the beef into pieces.

Prepare the marinade: mix the juice of the lemons, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 2 hours.

Sear the meat over high heat for a few minutes in oil in a pot, on all sides. Lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Set aside.

In the same pot, mix the peeled and sliced vegetables (squash, potatoes, carrots, celery, leeks, cabbage, onions). Add the chili pepper and the herb bouquet. Cover with water to the level and cook for about 35 minutes. Remove the herb bouquet. Blend until smooth with an immersion blender.

Add the meat, the macaroni, and cook again for about ten minutes.

To finish, sprinkle with fresh dill and serve hot.
