A delicious autumn-flavored gratin.

 12 Pumpkin slice
 50 Milk
 5 Four spices
 1 Onion
 25 Sour cream
 2 Egg
 25 Butter
 50 Parmesan
 100 Grated Emmental cheese
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Peel the pumpkin. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Place them in a pot with milk and spice blend, covering with water. Add the peeled and sliced onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish. Drain the pumpkin and mash it with a fork. Stir in the cream, beaten eggs, and half of the cheese. Pour into the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

To finish, bake for 20 minutes, serve hot.

    The onion should be sautéed before adding it to the mixture. Sauté the pumpkin after cooking it in milk and water to remove the excess liquid. Double the amount of the spice blend. I also used a melting cheese. I find it tastier than the other option.

    Pumpkin gratin with cheese Very good to make again served with a small green salad My suggestion: I sautéed the onion in a little oil, added a clove of garlic to the mashed pumpkin, and to make it a complete dish, I added 100 grams of small pasta. For the topping, I used some leftover cheese.
