Squash and smoked bacon tart, a lovely autumn tart that is truly delicious.

 100 Fresh goat cheese
 2 Rosemary

Peel and slice the squash.

Roll out the puff pastry onto the mold.

Dissolve the goat cheese and spread it on the bottom of the crust. Arrange the slices of squash lengthwise, alternating with bacon and rosemary.
