Ingredients
 3 pears
 6 Nut spread
 1 egg yolk
 1 Milk
 2 orange marmalade (or apricot)
 1 Amaretto (optional)
Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 200°C, conventional heating.

2

Peel the pears, leaving the stem intact. Remove the core with a round spoon.

3

Roll out the puff pastry. Place the pears on top, with the insides facing down, and cut the pastry around, leaving 1.5-2 cm for the edges.

4

Cut out leaves from the remaining small pieces of dough.

5

Slide the parchment paper with the preparations onto a baking sheet.

6

Stuff the center of each pear with 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread and place them back on the dough.

7

In a small bowl, mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush the mixture around the pears. Attach the leaves.

8

Mix the orange marmalade and the almond liqueur and generously brush the pears.

9

Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden. Upon removal from the oven, dust with powdered sugar.

10

To finish, serve warm or at room temperature, either as they are or accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
