Pancakes made with a mold in an oven. The cooking happens by itself. We will adapt the recipe with seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients
 500 Potatoes
 400 Zucchini
 1 Onion
 2 Eggs
 50 Gruyere
 Parsley
 Salt and pepper

Peel and grate the potatoes, zucchini, and onion. Mix the vegetables with the eggs and cheese. Season and add the parsley. I used a large round mold. I made 6 large pancakes. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
