Place the dough in a tart pan, sprinkle the bottom with ground almonds, pit the plums, cut them in half, and arrange them on the bottom of the pan.

Whip the cream, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon until frothy.

To finish, pour over the plums and bake in the oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 40 minutes.

    Tested this weekend, this tart is very good. However, compared to the picture, you can see the cream/egg/sugar filling in mine but not here... Perhaps it's due to the amount of cream, which is not mentioned in the recipe. I used a 200 ml container... Please provide more details! That being said, we ate it all!!!

    Plum tart I, a glutton for eternity, declare my love for this recipe; too bad I don't have many plums left in the garden! My suggestion: I use reduced-fat cream to feel less guilty.
