 50 Skim milk
 45 Fruit juice (100% pure juice with no added sugar)
 500 Yellow and red plums, ripe but firm
 2 Honey
 1 Cinnamon

Pour the milk into a mixing bowl. Add the crumbled gingerbread slices and let soak for 2 minutes. Add the orange juice and blend until a creamy sauce is achieved. Keep chilled.

Wash the plums. Cut them in half and remove the pits. Thread 5 half-plums onto 4 skewers. Using a brush, lightly coat with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cook the skewers positioned on the grill of the barbecue (preferably over embers, for gentle cooking) for about 2 minutes on each side.

Cooking can also be done on a griddle or a non-stick grill without adding any fat.

To finish, serve one skewer per person, accompanied by spiced bread sauce.
