 8 Whole meal bread
 200 Sheep's cheese
 8 spinach leaves
 Olive oil
 Balsamic vinegar

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Wash the mirabelle plums, cut them in half, and remove their pit.

Cut the slices of bread diagonally in half to create triangles. On the first triangle, drizzle some olive oil, then place a few spinach leaves, two slices of cured meat, two slices of cheese, and about ten small fruit halves.

Season with a splash of balsamic vinegar and a few cracks of pepper, then cover with a second triangle of bread.

To finish, when your sandwiches are ready, bake them for about ten minutes.
