A recipe for apples with speculoos.
Wash the apples and cut off the tops.
Remove the core from each apple without cutting all the way through. Ensure that the filling does not come out the other side.
Crush the cookies and the spread.
Fill the apples with this mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the shortcrust pastry into strips and begin to braid.
Once everything is braided, cut out rounds with a cookie cutter, slightly larger than the width of the apples.
Place the dough circles on the apples, shaping them so they adhere well to the apple.
To finish, bake for 10 minutes, keeping an eye on it. Serve hot!
