 150 Frozen small pearl onions
 200 Smoked bacon
 4 Carrot
 1 Onion
 1 Herb bundle
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper
 1 Sugar

Preparation of the ingredients In a pot, sauté the bacon. Meanwhile, slice the onion and cut the carrots into rounds.

Cooking When the bacon is golden, add the frozen peas, frozen small onions, slices of carrots, sliced onion, lettuce leaves, the herb bouquet, sugar, 1 glass of water, and salt and pepper.
