Recipe from my mother and grandmother: the famous pear tart... Since we were little, my brothers and I have been hooked on this old-school fresh pear tart! It is simple to make and very soft. It can even be enhanced with chocolate!
Preparation of the pie crust Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the crust in a pie dish and then prick the bottom with a fork.
Preparation of the pears Peel and cut the pears in half (removing the core).
Assembly of the tart Pour the raisins, pine nuts, and nuts at the bottom of the tart, then arrange the pear slices on top.
Preparation of the cream: Prepare the cream by mixing the sour cream, milk, sugar, and eggs, then add the cornstarch using a mixer. Pour the mixture over the pears and then sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
