Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center of the mixture, add the eggs, oil, and the small pot of fresh cheese. Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Next, incorporate the drained peas, grated cheese, and chopped mint. Season lightly with salt, then mix.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the muffins are golden.
Once out of the oven, let the muffins cool on a wire rack, then remove them from the molds.
