 4 Egg yolk
 50 Cornstarch
 90 Sugar
 1 Vanilla sugar

Pour the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, and eggs into the bowl of the kitchen mixer.

Heat for 10 minutes / Speed 3 / 90°C.

Pour the mixture into individual molds that have been lined, then bake for 30 minutes.

To finish, drop a teaspoon of caramel on each flan and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
