The small pasta, all children love. To prepare their favorite dish and give it a festive touch and a lot of indulgence, here is small pasta in risotto style with mushrooms. The chanterelles add a festive flair. A different way to enjoy pasta.

Ingredients
 150 Paris mushroom
 15 Vegetable broth
 1 Shallot
 2 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
 Espelette pepper
 30 grated parmesan
 80 grated cheese

Peel the shallot and finely slice it. Rinse the chanterelles under a stream of water. Peel the button mushrooms and cut them into cubes. Heat the vegetable broth.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the button mushrooms and the chanterelles.

In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shallot and cook until it becomes translucent.

Add the pasta and pour in a ladle of broth while stirring continuously until the broth is absorbed. Then add ladles of broth gradually, until absorbed and the pasta is cooked. Add the cheese.

Finally, adjust the seasoning if needed with salt, add pepper and chili powder. Add the mushrooms to the mixture.
