Ingredients
 100 Pasta
 75 Broccoli
 80 cauliflower
 2 Nut oil
 30 Feta
 1 Egg
 20 shelled nuts
 Salt
 Pepper
 Espelette pepper

Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Cut the feta into small cubes.

Cook the egg in salted boiling water to your liking (hard, soft, etc.). Peel it and cut it into pieces.

Steam the broccoli. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Prepare the dressing: mix oil, citrus juice, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

In a mixing bowl, combine cooked broccoli and raw cauliflower, pasta, feta cheese, nuts, and an egg. Add the dressing on top.
