Today I offer you a shrimp pasta gratin that warms and comforts in this cold weather. It's not a light dish at all, but it is very good!
Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions, then drain it.
Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan (or 200°C without fan).
In a large bowl, mix the soft cheese with the grated cheese, fresh cream, minced garlic, and pepper.
Add the peeled shrimp and the vegetable mix (if it is frozen, there is no need to thaw it beforehand) and mix well to combine. Then do the same with the pasta.
Grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
Pour it in and spread it evenly.
Add the slices of cheese on top.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
To finish, serve immediately.
