 1 Stale bread baguette
 25 Water
 50 Melted butter
 200 Sliced ham
 ¼ Not too aged soft cheese.
 2 Tarragon
 4 Pink Paris mushrooms
 Olive oil
 Fine gray salt
 Ground pepper

Preheat Heat the griddle over medium heat (or prepare the oven at 180°C).

Preparation of the mixture In a bowl, combine the stale bread cut into pieces with the water and melted butter to obtain a dough. Cover the bottom of a pie dish or tart pan with this dough. Place on the cooking surface, lower the heat, and close the lid. Let cook for 10 minutes (or 20 minutes in the oven).

Preparation of the filling: Cut the fresh cheese into pieces, place it on the dough, and let it melt for 5 minutes. Clean and slice the pink mushrooms. Arrange the sliced ham and mushrooms on the tart.

Serve. Place it on a board, season with pepper, add the tarragon leaves, and serve.
