 80 Golden pine nut
 160 Dried tomato
 240 Parmesan shavings
 16 Smoked anchovy fillet
 Chives
 Olive oil from the valley
 White balsamic vinegar
 Pepper
 Flower of salt

On a large flat plate, oil the bottom and then place the thin slices of beef.

Using a brush, coat the meat with white balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
