 200 Flour
 1 Baking powder
 3 Egg
 120 Flower honey (1 drizzle)
 60 Milk
 80 Olive oil
 50 Almond powder
 4 Orange
 50 Sliced almonds

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and almond powder.

In a second bowl, whisk the eggs with the honey and add to the dry mixture. Then incorporate the milk and olive oil. Zest an orange and add it to the batter. Mix well and pour the preparation into a previously greased cake pan.

Bake for 40 minutes, then let it cool completely.

Cut the oranges and grapefruits into slices about 5 mm thick and then trim them to the same size using a cookie cutter. Place them on the cake.

Finally, drizzle with a little honey. Toast the sliced almonds for a few minutes in a hot pan, then sprinkle them over the cake. Serve!
