 100 Apple compote
 2 Egg
 12 Milk
 20 Flour
 ½ Yeast
 120 Plain oats
 60 Brown sugar
 14 Vanilla sugar
 50 Red fruits

Blend the oats. Keep a few for decoration at the end.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, applesauce, and milk. In a second mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, oat flakes, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Then mix the two preparations and distribute them into the muffin molds. Place a few berries on each muffin and add the remaining oats.

To finish, place the mixture in the cake maker and start the "Individual Cake" program. Let cool before unmolding.

    No cooking time, no temperature... It’s all about luck. Do not blend the flakes too much to maintain some texture. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C with fan.
