Enjoy these oatmeal cookies with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Deliciously indulgent cookies!
In a mixing bowl, blanch the fine sugar with the egg.
Add the peanut butter (if it is too thick, microwave it for 1 minute on medium power) and mix.
Add the oats, cornstarch, and chocolate chips and mix.
Shape into a sausage, cut equal slices, and form small balls. Place the balls on parchment paper, flatten them slightly with your fingers, and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
To finish, note: Instead of chocolate chips, I've chopped dark chocolate into pieces and it's super good! The amount of ingredients is easy to remember: 80 g of sugar, flakes, flour + cornstarch, peanut butter, chips! Not to forget the egg.
