Nut cookies are very easy to prepare and are a real treat for both kids and adults. Perfect for an afternoon snack with friends or for the children.

 ½ Sunflower oil
 2 Icing sugar
 1 Chopped nuts
 1 Vanilla sugar
 1 Baking powder

First, start by taking the butter out of the fridge so that it softens. Then mix the butter, oil, and powdered sugar.

Once the mixture is smooth, add the egg, vanilla sugar, and crushed nuts.

Then, add the baking powder and the flour gradually; the dough should not stick to your fingers but should remain firm enough to be able to form balls.

Tip: wear a thin plastic glove when making the dough to prevent it from sticking to your fingers, allowing you to work with it more easily.
