Grease a deep baking dish. Add the large dumplings.
In a bowl, mix: tomato puree, mushrooms, salt, pepper, parsley, and black olives.
Pour the mixture over the dumplings.
Sprinkle grated cheese in the dish.
Cover with a microwave lid and cook for 5 minutes at 900W. Remove the lid and place under the microwave grill for 4 minutes at 900W.
To finish, serve with a starch of your choice.
