 20 Sour cream
 300 porcini mushrooms
 2 Onions
 6 Smoked duck breast
 30 Butter
 Pepper

Wipe the mushrooms and slice them. Sauté them over high heat with the butter, turning them for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 240°C.

To finish, peel and slice the onions. Roll out the dough and spread the onions and mushrooms. Drizzle with cream, add pepper. Add the slices of smoked duck and bake for 5-10 minutes, watching the cooking. Cut the dish into portions and serve as an appetizer.
