Soak the dates in water for 30 minutes if they are not soft enough.
Blend the dates in a food processor to form a paste.
Put this dough in a mixing bowl and mix it with the remaining ingredients.
Cover a long dish with a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Pour the mixture while pressing down firmly to compact it to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
When the preparation has hardened, remove it from the baking paper and cut it into rectangles or squares. It's ready!
To finish, these bars can be kept for several days in the refrigerator, individually wrapped in plastic wrap.
