A recipe from my mom, easy to make for the enjoyment of children and adults alike!
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and eggs until pale.
Add the flour, slightly melted butter, baking powder, milk, and orange blossom water. Mix everything together.
Using a teaspoon or tablespoon, depending on the desired size, place on the baking sheet, on a parchment paper. Oven temperature at 200°C or 6 to 7, for 12 minutes.
Be careful not to stick the cakes together. The dough spreads while cooking.
Finally, you can flavor the small pancakes according to your desires: with cocoa powder for the kids or for the adults, a spoonful of rum or fruit liqueur.
