A simple and quick recipe for delicious little cakes with a gooey center and whipped cream. These sweet treats are perfect for a birthday buffet.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
Whip the eggs and sugar to double their volume and then add the flour.
Incorporate the melted butter/chocolate mixture and mix well.
Place in small baking dishes and bake for 17 minutes at 180 degrees.
Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the unmolding; in the meantime, whip the cream with the mascarpone and powdered sugar.
After removing the cake from the mold, quickly use a piping bag with a nice nozzle to add the whipped cream.
To finish, eat immediately to have a warm molten cake and fresh cream.
