Recipe for sausage rolls.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the puff pastry.
Spread the blue cheese cream over the entire dough.
Place a sausage at the edge of the dough and roll it up completely. Cut it and set the roll aside.
Do this until the ingredients are used up. Brush the rolls with beaten egg "for browning" and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Next, cut the rolls into slices and arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper.
To finish, bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the mini pastries are golden brown, keeping an eye on them...
