Very good little cakes for an appetizer, they can be made in advance and frozen.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter in the microwave.
Mix the liquids, add the eggs, and set aside.
Mix the powders, then combine the two, and lastly add half of the seeds.
To finish, pour into the small molds up to 2/3 full and sprinkle with the remaining seeds. Bake for 18/20 minutes at 180°C.
