Mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes topped with cheese, this dish pairs very well with lamb chops or possibly blood sausage.

 200 Sweet potato (net weight)
 300 Potato (net weight)
 15 Liquid cream
 100 Reblochon cheese
 30 Grated Parmesan
 Salt, pepper

Peel and cut the potatoes and sweet potato into cubes.

Steam them.

Once the vegetables are cooked, pour them into a mixing bowl, mash them roughly, add the cream, the parmesan, 3/4 of the cheese cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.

To finish, place in individual baking dishes, put thin slices of remaining cheese on top, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C, serve hot.
