Peel the mandarins by removing the white parts and keeping only the clean segments.
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
In a food processor, add the segments of mandarins, reserving a few for decoration, the banana slices, plant-based milk, and ice cubes. Blend at maximum speed for a few minutes. For a thicker smoothie, add a few tablespoons of oats to the mixture and blend everything together.
At the bottom of each glass or carafe, place 5 mint leaves and 1 teaspoon of agave syrup. Mash with a wooden spoon or other utensil to incorporate the flavors.
