A very simple pie to make and reduced in sugar.
Start by lining the dough in the tart pan or a greased and floured pastry ring. Then refrigerate while you prepare the almond cream.
Prepare the cream: Roughly chop the dark chocolate with a knife, then mix the soft butter with the spread and the dried date powder. Add the eggs, then the almond flour and the chocolate pieces. Mix well and pour the mixture over the dough. Spread the cream evenly over the entire surface of the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
To finish, drain the pears and then slice them finely. Arrange them on the almond cream as desired. Bake the tart for 30 minutes while monitoring the cooking according to the power of your oven. The tart should be nicely colored when it comes out of the oven. Once out of the oven, brush the tart with maple syrup and garnish with sliced and toasted almonds.
