Discover the recipe for a cheese quiche that guarantees a nostalgic return to childhood. This classic dish, revisited with a cheesy twist, combines the creaminess of the cream, the crunch of the bacon, and the strong flavor of cheese. Easy to prepare, it is perfect for a family meal or a gathering with friends. Enjoy it with a mixed salad or in small pieces as an appetizer or during a picnic. The aromas that will waft from your oven while it bakes will make your mouth water.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Roll out the dough in a tart pan and make small holes in it with a fork.
Slice the onion. Place the onion and the bacon in a skillet and cook over high heat.
In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs with a fork. Add the cream and continue mixing with the fork. Add the grated cheese and then the parsley, mixing again. Season with salt, pepper, and a little grated nutmeg.
When the bacon and onions are nicely browned, add them to the previous mixture and stir.
To finish, pour the prepared mixture into the tart pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
