Discover my easy and quick recipe for quiche, made with your food processor. A staple of French cuisine, this quiche is served with a green salad for lunch.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Roll out the puff pastry in a tart pan lined with parchment paper and prick with a fork.
Add the bacon and grated cheese on the tart pastry. Set aside.
Crack the eggs, cream, nutmeg, season in the bowl of the mixer and blend for 45 seconds at speed 5.
Pour the obtained mixture over the bacon and the pie crust.
Finally, bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
